A villa or yacht week is a different kind of holiday. You arrive once, you unpack once, and the world comes to you for seven days. That changes the pace of everything, meals stretch longer, mornings start more slowly, the children find their feet by Tuesday.
I work only with properties I know personally, or properties known intimately by someone I trust. Most of the villas I place are not on any portal. The yachts I arrange come with crews I have placed before, captains and chefs whose names appear in the same client emails year after year.
The right property is rarely the most-photographed one. It's the one where the kitchen opens onto the garden, the boat has a quiet upper deck, the wifi works in every room, and the staff don't need to be managed by you.
