Europe is the destination my clients return to most often, and rarely for the same reason twice. The trips I plan most are not the brochure ones. They're the second visit to a village in southern France, a week of restaurants in Lisbon, ten days on Lake Como once the season has ended.
I have spent the last fifteen years building relationships with the small hotels, the ones with twelve rooms, a chef who knows your name on day two, a manager who will rearrange the dining room for a birthday. Those relationships are the trip. Large iconic beautiful hotels dot every city as well offering so much you might never leave so always ensure a day is spent enjoying.
